  • District-Wide Roofing Bid Advertisement

    ** NEW PROJECT NOTIFICATION**

    The Croton-Harmon Union Free School District,  along with the aid of KG&D Architects and Triton Construction are soliciting bid proposals for their District-wide Roofing Project(s) which has recently been released for public bid. The project is hosted directly on Revplans/Biddy at the following link: https://revplans.biddyhq.com/pages/jobs/358/view/show

    Bids will be publicly opened on 5/11/23 @ 11:00am, with a pre-bid walkthrough held on 4/27/23 at 3:00pm starting at Carrie E. Tompkins Elementary School.

    • Contracts:
      1. Contract #1 (Roofing Construction):  Carrie E. Tompkins ES, District Office & Transportation Garage
      2. Contract #2 (Roofing Construction):  Croton-Harmon High School
      3. Contract #3 (Roofing Construction):  Pierre Van Cortlandt Middle School
      4. Contract #4 (Mechanical Construction):  Off-the-shelf (LG) Chiller Replacement @ Pierre Van Cortlandt Middles School
    • Anticipated Construction Start: June 2023
    • Substantial Completion: August 31, 2023
    • Description: The Croton-Harmon UFSD is seeking qualified bidders to perform roof restoration throughout their three school buildings, their district office and their transportation facility along with a chiller plant replacement at their middle school in-hand with its roof restoration. Contractors should review the project Bid Schedule and Logistics Plans specific to the Croton-Harmon High School and the district office, which has guided a guided phasing/program. Attending the pre-bid walkthrough is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
