Josh was elected to his fourth term in 2022. He currently serves on the Audit, Communications and Health & Safety Committees, and is the Board's liaison to CHHS Student Faculty Congress, and the Village Bicycle and Pedestrian committee.

Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Josh attended the Beth Tfiloh Day School, and later, Pikesville High School. He attended the University of Rochester, where he earned a B.A. in Math and Computer Science (with an additional concentration in Theater Arts). Upon graduation, he moved to New York City, where he worked in software development at various financial firms. In 2016 Josh joined Google, Inc. as a Technical Program Manager in Site Reliability Engineering.

In 1993 he married Zhanna Glazenburg, who now teaches Physics and Engineering at Croton-Harmon High School. They have two sons — Maxim (CHHS Class of 2014) and N'yoma (CHHS Class of 2019) — and a dog, Zathras. The family moved to the Croton-on-Hudson area in 2001.

In addition to service on the Croton-Harmon Board of Education, Josh serves as the Eastern Regional Director and as a Trustee of Destination Imagination of New York, and is a volunteer at Congregation Sons of Israel in Briarcliff Manor.
