Allison Samuels was elected to her first term on the Board in 2025. She serves on the Advocacy and Audit Committees and is the Liaison to the Village IDEA Committee. 

Allison and her husband Ken moved to Croton in 2009. Their children Noah (CHHS '23) and Anna (CHHS '25) received their K-12 education at CHUFSD. She previously chaired the Allocations Committee on the Croton Harmon Education Foundation (CHEF) board, was a Girl Scout Leader, and PTA member and volunteer. She received her B.A. in Theatre from Barnard College and her MBA in Entrepreneurship at Baruch College. 

Allison is a professor at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College (CUNY), where she has educated thousands of students in one of the most economically, socially, and ethnically diverse student bodies in the country. As a university leader, she has extensive experience developing curriculum and policy and successfully collaborating with teachers and students to advance academic excellence.
