Croton-Harmon School buildings are all located in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, in Westchester County, New York. Geographically, the District includes 95% of the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, along with a portion of the Town of Cortlandt and a small portion of the Town of Yorktown. School taxes are collected by the towns for the school district. Information on the School Tax Relief program (STAR) can be obtained from each town's assessor's office or from the NYS Office of Real Property Tax Services.
The Croton Free Library is an integral part of the community.
The Croton Free Library, located in the Village of Croton-on-Hudson, is an important resource for the district's students and their families. Our students and staff are also able to take advantage of many of the programs and educational resources offered by the Putnam/Northern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) located in Yorktown Heights, New York. Information on the new NYS graduation requirements and education standards can be found at the New York State Education Department's website.
