CHHS AP Platinum Award 2024-2025
Croton-Harmon High School Recognized for Excellence on College Board AP Honor Roll Again in 2025

For the second consecutive year, Croton-Harmon High School has earned Platinum-level recognition on the College Board’s Advanced Placement (AP) School Honor Roll. This honor recognizes schools that provide broad access to rigorous AP courses and achieve strong student results.

This recognition highlights the district’s commitment to both access and excellence. By opening the door to advanced coursework and providing the academic supports students need to succeed, the district ensures more students can challenge themselves and explore their interests. Student-centered instruction that emphasizes hands-on learning, collaboration, and real-world application further prepares students for both AP-level rigor and future college study.

“This recognition reflects the collective efforts of our students, educators, staff, and families,” said Dr. Laura Dubak, Principal of Croton-Harmon High School. “It is further evidence that strong student performance is one of the outcomes of a school that prioritizes creativity, engagement, and meaningful learning.”

The 2024–2025 school year marks a particularly meaningful milestone, as it represents the first year of CHHS’s expanded interdisciplinary and dual enrollment offerings. These programs are part of the District’s ongoing implementation of its Vision Map.

The district thanks families and community members for their continued partnership and support and congratulates the students, faculty, and staff of Croton-Harmon High School on this outstanding accomplishment and their collective commitment to creating learning environments where students are challenged, supported, and inspired to succeed.
