Fall Athletes Receive Recognition
Fall Athletes From Each Team Recognized for High Performance
Athletes on the Croton-Harmon fall sports teams had a fantastic showing this year, with 33 earning recognition as All League, All Section, and All League - Honorable Mention players. This is in addition to the recently announced news that all six varsity teams in the Croton-Harmon Athletic Program - boys’ and girls’ soccer, field hockey, boys’ and girls’ cross country and girls’ tennis - were recognized as New York State Scholar-Athlete Teams.
“The fall athletic season was extremely challenging on many levels. Athletes were uncertain from week to week whether they’d actually play, they had to get used to wearing masks after several months without conditioning and they were all managing changes in their academic structure,” said Athletic Director Michael Gulino. “Yet these scholar athletes worked hard on and off the field and courts and excelled beyond expectations. We are very proud of their accomplishments.”
