It’s the 100th day of school here in Croton-Harmon, which gives us many reasons to celebrate! At CET, teachers have found creative ways to help our young learners practice their math and reading skills. Through writing, song, hands-on assignments - and even a little dance party - kindergarten classes enjoyed this milestone.
Throughout CET, faculty and students are taking part in Spirit Week, emphasizing peace, love and kindness. A group of fourth graders who wore tie dye today commented that “it feels good to be participating with the school and feeling part of the group” and that tie dye “shows different colors and helps remind us that we should appreciate the differences in our friends.” We appreciate these powerful lessons and thank our families for all they are doing to help their children participate.
