This new page will display your name and school building information. If the information listed is incorrect please let us know in the ‘Describe your issue’ section located on the bottom of the page.

The next section shows the device (or devices) assigned to you. Verify that it is correct, otherwise write your device information in the provided field.
 

Finally, choose from the dropdown menu the type which best describes your issue. Then in the ‘Describe your Issue’ field, provide as much detail as you can about your issue.
 

Check to make sure you have entered everything correctly and hit the Save button.
 

You will receive an email confirming you submitted a ticket. A tech will follow up with you via your school email.
